Easter Brunch & Dinner Specials

Brunch: 11:30 am – 5 pm

Dinner: 5 pm down

Simmered in pineapple juice & rum and glazed until golden caramel

Ensaimada (Philippine brioche) with pineapple-rum ham, $ 10

Bulgogi summer roll with yuju (honey citron) sauce, $ 10

Pork satay with peanut sauce, eggplant caviar & lotus root chips, $ 9

Beef & quail egg empanaditas, $ 9

Crabcake with pan-fried noodles, Asian greens & bunashimeji mushrooms, $ 16

Roast leg of lamb with lemongrass & garlic stuffing & asparagus, $ 25

Dinaing na trout (marinated in vinegar, garlic & soy sauce) with garlic fried rice, $ 20

Bringhe (Philippine paella) with chicken, chorizo & duck liver sausage, $ 18

DESSERTS, $ 7.50 (all ice creams and sorbets are homemade)

Chocolate sans rival (cashew dacquoise) with raspberry sorbet

Strawberry rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream

Penyaram (palm sugar pancakes) with jackfruit ice cream

Mango tart with mango ice cream

Water chestnuts & sago with coconut cream
